Anagrav — Support

Anagrav is an anagram word game for iPhone: build words from six letter tiles to fuel a rocket’s climb.

I read every message. Please include your iPhone model and iOS version if something isn’t working.

On the home screen, tap TAP TO PLAY to take off.
Tap letter tiles to build a word of three to six letters, then tap the empty background to submit it.
Every accepted word refuels the rocket. Longer words give more, and words in a row build a combo multiplier.
When the fuel runs out, the rocket falls. Find words fast to relight the engines before the fall ends the run.

Tile skins are one-time purchases through the App Store. Stars are earned by playing and are never sold.

Restoring purchases (after reinstalling, or on a new iPhone signed in to the same iCloud Apple Account):

Open Anagrav.
Tap the gear on the home screen to open Settings, and tap RESTORE PURCHASES.
Your skins return to the locker.

Restoring brings back paid skins only. Stars, scores and other progress are stored on the device and are not restored.

Refunds are handled by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Ask to Buy: if a purchase is waiting for a parent’s approval, you can keep playing. The skin unlocks automatically once it is approved.

A purchase says it’s still processing: keep playing. Approved items unlock automatically; if one hasn’t appeared after a few minutes, use Restore Purchases.
“No internet connection” in the shop: buying and restoring need a connection. The rest of the game works offline.
A real word was rejected: email me the word and a case for it and I’ll add it in an update.
